Clinic Mastery works closely with allied health clinic owners to build team-led, client-focused clinics. Their coaching, courses and systems are designed to support the people behind the practice making it easier to lead well and grow sustainably. The hands on nature of the service made it hard to scale, so the leadership set a clear goal: “Create a digital product that can deliver our IP at scale, support more clinics and open a new revenue stream."

Choosing the highest leverage
When we first sat down with ClinicMastery, the brief was radical in its honesty: “Build a product to digitise all our IP so we can scale and provide new stream of revenue” . Over three half‑day workshops we mapped every job a clinic owner performs, scored the headaches, and chose one enemy to defeat—manual spreadsheet reporting. By the end, a one‑page Product Strategy canvas and a 90‑day build plan were pinned to the wall, ready for execution.

Building with (paying) customers
Ninety days later the first alpha clinics logged into Allie. Their reward was a real‑time dashboard that pulled numbers from Cliniko and Xero, in real time, to turn insights into action. Ours was validation: within 80 per cent of testers reached for their credit cards. For the rest of the year we ran an intimate closed beta—fortnightly customer interviews, rapid feature drops, and a rhythm that kept weekly active usage sticky.

From 1 to product‑market fit
With the core love secured, we swung the doors open to the public. A refactored self‑serve onboarding journey cut time‑to‑value by 50%, lifting trial‑to‑paid conversion from single digits to 2x industry benchmark. Data‑led prompts nudged teams into habits, while a lightning‑fast GDPR rebuild cleared the runway for a UK launch—first five clinics live in under a month. MRR ticked steadily; churn stayed politely low.
Adding an always‑on AI coach
Next, we taught Allie to talk back. With the advent of AI, we wove course material, SOPs and community wisdom into an AI coach that answers questions before humans have to. In beta the coach now resolves client queries faster, gifting each real‑world coach extra hours every week to focus on higher‑value strategy sessions. And this is only the beginning.
